Job description
The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division seeks a Senior Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning to lead the divisional data systems and learning infrastructure. This role ensures measurable objectives and outcome data drive program and grant decisions across Northwest Illinois, Central Illinois, and Chicago.
