Job description
AmeriHome Mortgage seeks a Senior Vice President, Senior Director Underwriting in TX/IRVING to lead underwriting and appraisal functions across channels. You will guide senior leadership, optimize production targets, and ensure compliance with investor requirements and risk frameworks.
You will drive process innovation with automation, manage relationships with agency and non-agency partners, and mentor a large underwriting team to sustain quality and efficiency. Travel as needed.
