Job description
Baylor University in Waco, TX, seeks a Senior Director of Annual Giving to lead a university-wide, omni-channel annual giving program that drives participation, retention, and revenue. You will manage budgets, lead a team, and partner with campus units to execute coordinated fundraising aligned to Baylor priorities.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience, with a Master’s degree preferred, and eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
