Job description
Triwill Group seeks a Senior Director, North America Compliance based in the United States to lead strategic compliance across US Commercial and Market Access. You will provide risk-based guidance on healthcare, pricing, reimbursement, and commercial activities, and drive the North America Compliance Program.
The role interfaces with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Patient Services to embed effective controls and foster a growth‑oriented integrity culture.
