Summary
The Senior Director, National Accounts is responsible for managing and expanding strategic home office relationships with either National Banks or National RIAs to drive sales of Vanguard's financial products and services. This role develops and executes long-term relationship strategies and near-term business plans that align Vanguard's capabilities with the priorities of assigned client firms. The Senior Director is accountable for a select portfolio of Vanguard's most strategically important intermediary relationships, representing significant distribution opportunities and serving as a key contributor to Vanguard's growth strategy within the National Accounts channel.
Success in this role requires the ability to build and deepen relationships with executive leadership, investment committees, due diligence teams, and other key stakeholders across client organizations. A strategic vision, strong consultative sales approach, and the ability to facilitate enterprise-to-enterprise connections are critical to strengthening partnerships and expanding Vanguard's presence. The Senior Director is expected to embody a growth mindset, continuously adapting to evolving client needs while driving results and contributing to a forward-thinking, client-centric sales organization.
