Job description

The Senior Director, New Business Development will serve as a primary growth driver for BAS, responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new client relationships across emerging brands, new verticals, and underpenetrated channels.

This role is designed for a true hunter. The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, networking, researching markets, attending industry events, creating opportunities from scratch, and opening doors with organizations that may not yet recognize the value BAS can provide.

The Senior Director will proactively identify opportunities through market intelligence, AI-enabled research, trade shows, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic networking. This individual will work closely with BAS leadership, agency subject matter experts, and solution teams to develop scalable programs that help clients drive growth through field sales, brand advocacy, retail execution, and customer engagement solutions.

This position reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will play a critical role in helping BAS achieve its three-year growth strategy through new logo acquisition and expansion into adjacent markets.
