Job description
FACETS, a Fairfax-based nonprofit, seeks aSenior Director of Business Management to lead financial operations, strategy, and compliance. You will be the senior finance partner across programs, development, and operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and data-driven insights to advance our mission.
You will manage budget processes, liaise with external accounting teams, and guide proposals, contracts, and risk management.
