Job description
Freshworks seeks an experienced Senior Director of Sales, North America (US and Canada) to lead Manufacturing, SLED, and Federal/Government markets. You will build and coach leaders, drive vertical GTM strategies, and own revenue with strong forecasting discipline.
You will collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Finance to accelerate enterprise growth and close strategic deals. A track record in high-growth SaaS and public-sector sales is essential.
