Job description
Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Observability and SRE to lead reliability across the enterprise technology landscape, including observability, SRE, and real-time insights. You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product teams to build scalable, proactive reliability and performance capabilities.
You will guide a global team, establish metrics, and drive a culture of operational excellence through data-driven decisions and strategic leadership.
