Job description
MSU - Michigan State University seeks an Assistant Director, Support & Intake to lead the Advising Services program within the Office for Civil Rights and Title IX. You will supervise the Advising Services staff, develop quality assurance practices, and provide strategic oversight of guidance through OCR grievance, investigation, hearing, and resolution processes.
The role requires a master’s level understanding of Title IX procedures and experience advising in higher education.
