Job description
Urban Ventures, a faith-based nonprofit in south Minneapolis, seeks a Senior Director to oversee programs, lead directors, and ensure high-quality execution aligned with our mission. You will supervise staff, drive strategy, and support fundraising and data-driven evaluation.
You will foster a culture of excellence, manage budgets, and collaborate with Advancement to sustain growth across the Innovation Center and Hub Club initiatives.
