JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering within Corporate Technology – HR & Benefits Technology to lead multiple technical areas and drive cross-functional programs across Global Benefits, Mobility, Travel, and Expatriate Payroll & Tax.
You will oversee a 125+ global vendor ecosystem, migrate pension systems to cloud-native platforms, and ensure end-to-end payroll data integration with touchless payroll across jurisdictions.
