Job description
AllSearch Professional Staffing seeks a Sales Manager for a growing commercial general contractor focusing on renovations up to three stories. You will recruit, coach, and lead an Outside Sales team and drive new business across Florida, managing relationships with owners and facilities managers.
Base salary up to $100,000 per year plus uncapped commission, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays; occasional travel across Florida required.
