Petco is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead enterprise-scale technology programs across ecommerce, retail, veterinary hospital, and pet services platforms. You will drive cross-functional delivery, align engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders around strategic outcomes, and scale digital platforms for growth.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years leading large programs, deep cloud and data integrations experience, and a customer-first mindset.
