Benchmark against peers across defense, autonomy, and industrial tech to sharpen the division’s point of view on unit economics, efficiency, and capital allocation

Partner with Growth to shape pricing structures and new commercial models for the division’s future products and programs

Operational Finance

Direct planning for headcount, capital, and operating expense, ensuring alignment with company targets

Own working capital forecasts and capital expenditure tracking across a portfolio of product lines and contracts

Ensure supply chain financial commitments are tracked and governed appropriately as the business scales

Oversee program financial management, including, program reporting, milestone invoicing, and monthly financial status, atop strong relationships with customer and program counterparts

Partner with accounting to drive a rigorous financial close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across the division
