Job description
Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the property’s dining operations, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. You will ensure top quality, develop a high-performing team, and align strategies with the brand's guest experience standards.
The role requires a strategic leader with solid F&B knowledge, strong wine expertise, and the ability to manage budgets and expenses while driving revenue.
