Job description
Checkr is seeking a Senior Director, Talent to lead and scale our global recruiting function. You will drive strategy, partner with cross-functional leaders, and mentor a team of ~15 TA professionals.
Your focus will be on data-driven hiring, AI integration, and LATAM recruitment to build Checkr’s employer brand and scalable talent acquisition. You’ll report to the Chief Legal Officer and Head of People and contribute to People Leadership Team initiatives, balancing speed, cost, and quality
