Job description
Bridgeport Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Superintendent of Human Capital to provide strategic leadership in district-wide human resources, workforce development, and compensation policies. You will work closely with the Superintendent's Cabinet to advance talent management, performance initiatives, and equitable employment practices.
The role requires master’s-level qualifications, CT certification, and at least five years of senior HR leadership in public schools.
