Job description
Lilly is building a Next‑Generation Parenteral and Device Assembly/Packaging Facility in Lehigh Valley, PA. The Sr.
Director of IT will lead the IT function for the site, reporting to the Associate VP and the LHV Site Head, and will drive ERP, MES, data integrity, analytics and digital strategies at the site. The role requires 10+ years of IT leadership in regulated environments, strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams.
