Job description
Augusta Rental Homes is seeking an experienced property management leader to oversee the Leasing and Resident Services departments. This senior operational role will drive leasing of available homes and ensure professional, responsive service to about 1,600 residents, leading a team of roughly 10 staff across Leasing and Resident Services.
The manager will hire, train, coach, manage, and develop the team, while ensuring systems are followed and performance expectations are met.
