Job description
Easterseals Hawaii is seeking a Director of Development to lead donor engagement and fundraising initiatives. You will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts, manage sponsorships, and guide cross-functional teams to meet regional fundraising goals and program objectives.
The role requires extensive travel across Oahu and neighboring islands and a strong track record in moves management, budget oversight, and donor relations.
