Houston Grand Opera (HGO) seeks a strategic Senior Director of Philanthropy to lead a frontline fundraising team and evolve a major gifts program. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, you will set goals, coach staff, and steer campaigns to deepen donor relationships and expand transformational giving.
