Job description
Symmetry HRO is seeking a Director, Property Management to oversee day-to-day operations of our multifamily portfolio in the Los Angeles area, field-based, leading Property Managers and ensuring policy compliance and resident satisfaction.
You will work with the executive team to monitor occupancy, leasing activity, work orders, and drive process improvements. This is a full-time exempt role reporting to the VP of Operations.
