Job description
Hanwha Aerospace USA seeks a Director of Operations for East Windsor and Glastonbury, CT. This role ensures efficient production of machined components while maintaining aerospace compliance and drives operational excellence through strategic planning and strong leadership.
Responsibilities include P&L control for two business units, budget planning with Sales/Finance, capacity planning, staffing, and monitoring productivity to meet budgets. Travel 5-10% as needed.
