Job description
Seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operations to lead Administrative, Sales, and Installation Operations within a flooring/construction environment. This hands-on leader will drive process improvement, operational efficiency, team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Qualifications:
7+ years of operations leadership experience
Required: Flooring or construction industry management experience
Proven success leading multiple departments and cross-functional teams
Strong background in scheduling, field operations, sales support, customer service, and process improvement
Experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, and scalable business processes
Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative, sales, and installation operations
Improve workflows, scheduling, communication, and project execution
Develop performance metrics and accountability standards
Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
Ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through project completion
Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability
