Job description
Prep for Prep is seeking a Director of Development to join its Leadership Team. This senior role will craft strategy and lead efforts to secure philanthropic resources to fuel the organization's mission.
Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will manage a team of five, engage alumni and partners, and collaborate with the CEO and board to ensure sustainable funding and organizational growth.
