Whatcom Family YMCA is seeking a Fund Development Senior Director to lead fundraising across major gifts, annual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, capital initiatives, and donor stewardship. You will guide strategy, mobilize volunteers, and drive progress toward ambitious goals in a growing nonprofit.
