Job description
As Senior Director of Premium Services at Aramark, you will lead strategy, operations, and client relationships for premium hospitality experiences across key venues in the Hospitality & Travel sector. You will oversee premium dining, suites, clubs, and VIP services, driving service excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth. Partnering with executive leadership, you’ll set standards, optimize operations, manage budgets, and mentor high-performing teams. You’ll champion Aramark’s culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while building long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
