Capital One's Customer Identity and Core (CIC) team is building an enterprise platform that touches over 100 million customers, enabling secure access and personalized experiences. The Senior Director of Product for Customer Contactability defines the product vision and governance across email, phone, and address data, delivering scalable, self-service contactability capabilities.
