Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management for Growth to own merchant onboarding and activation across Shopping’s experiences. You will partner with engineering to designoptimized incentive experiences, oversee operations, and build data-driven models to guide investments.
You bring a strong, data-driven mindset, extensive SQL/Excel skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams in startup-like environments.
