Job description
Turnberry Associates is seeking a Director of Operations for Destin Commons in Destin, FL. You will lead all property operations, oversee contracts, capital projects, and life-safety programs, and partner with management, leasing, marketing, and security to maximize asset value.
You will drive budgeting, vendor performance, and on-call leadership while developing the operations team and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and tenants.
