Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.**Job Description*****Essential Job Functions:***· Partner with CSP’s leaders and staff to establish and maintain a culture of quality in line with business strategy· Direct quality assurance operations for CSP to establish clear policies, processes and metrics in line with business strategy and regulatory requirements that are instrumental in driving consistency and compliance with quality standards from product concept through to manufacture· Optimize and maintain CSP’s Quality Management System.· Lead process improvements for greater efficiency, speed of delivery, and cost savings by Implementing new quality procedures and process tailored to the uniqueness of CSP’s products and services.· Establish quality practices that are clear and efficient, enabling scalability of the business whilst always ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained· Develop and maintain systems to support operations and product development teams with quality engineering insight into product performance and customer experience in the fieldEstablish monthly reporting to management on the performance of the quality system and customer experience; which includes related business intelligence, metrics, performance monitoring and action plans* Responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met.* Act as the key contact with regulators and customers auditors and taking responsibility for ensuring timely execution of corrective actions* Working closely with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality performance criteria and monitor supplier performance undefined ***Qualifications:*** * Results oriented – Proven ability to achieve goals, deadlines and targets; Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills; Strong problem solving and analytical skills.* Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Participates in meetings; demonstrates strong written communication skills leadership.* Exhibits confidence in self and to others; Inspires and motivates others to perform to a high standard; effectively influences actions and opinions of others; Inspires respect and trust; Accepts feedback from others; Displays passion and optimism; Mobilizes others to fulfill corporate vision; Maintains absolute confidentiality.·* 10 plus years of experience in a senior quality role with in an accredited quality management system environment. In depth understanding of quality systems, processes and quality techniques·* Black belt six sigma an asset, experience leading six sigma improvement initiatives* Experienced QMS Lead Auditor. Ability to establish root cause and drive problems to effective resolution·* CQE/CQM ASQ certification an asset* Working familiarity with a large variety of quality tools and processes (8D, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)* Understanding of Software QA and Software development processes would be an asset * ***Education:***Bachelor of Engineering degree and/or MBA, preferred with at least 10 years’ experience.* Registered as a certified auditor by a recognized authority or be eligible for certification.*If you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!*
