Job description
Lex Innovation in Shelton, CT seeks a Director of Quality to lead quality strategy and hands-on execution across three U.S. manufacturing sites.
You will own the QMS, audits, ITAR and regulatory compliance, drive CAPA, supplier quality, and cross-functional improvements to ensure ISO 9001/AS9100, UL, NEMA, MIL-STD compliance for defense and commercial products. This role reports to the VP of Operations and requires travel between sites.
