Job description
AOG Living seeks a Director of Risk Management to lead the development and oversight of risk strategies for a diversified multi-family real estate portfolio. You will identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks affecting operations, finances, tenant safety, and regulatory compliance.
You will manage insurer communications, renewals, inspections, and training across onsite and regional teams, reporting to the President of Operations and supervising the Risk Manager.
