Job description
Dr. Squatch in Marina Del Rey, CA is hiring an Associate Director of Retention & Loyalty to lead retention, subscription, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing.
You will drive health and growth of our customer base, owning the subscription and loyalty programs with cross-functional partners. You will manage a team of five, define experiences and roadmaps with Digital Product and Growth, oversee lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and direct mail, and report retention results to executives.
