Job description
Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Senior Director, Sales to lead the inside sales support team and provide analytics to the COO. The role also supports outside sales, including quotes, orders, contracts, and project tracking to ensure timely completion.
The successful candidate will oversee staff performance, drive KPIs, and collaborate with Finance and Service to improve cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels.
