Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Oversee inventory accuracy, including counts, reconciliations, replenishment, and onboard execution.

Lead operational ownership of POS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Oversee duty-free reporting, reconciliations, true-ups, and financial operational support in partnership with Finance.

Validate invoices, deliveries, POs, and packing lists to ensure alignment and payment accuracy.

Ship & Vessel Execution

Lead operational planning and execution for new builds, refurbishments, activations, and special initiatives.

Ensure seamless handover from logistics and warehouse teams to onboard operations.

Oversee allocation of IT equipment, uniforms, Brightwell cards, and training schedules for vessel launches.

Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery of stock and rapid resolution of discrepancies.

Process, SOPs & Governance

Oversee all shoreside-to-ship operational communications, including pricing, promotions, system updates, and financial documentation.

Systems & Technology Leadership

Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations in partnership with IT.

Oversee troubleshooting and coordination with internal and external system support teams.

Provide mentorship, structure, and performance management to drive consistency and excellence.

Build a scalable operations organization capable of supporting current and future growth.
