Samaritan Summit Village seeks a Clinical Director of Patient Services - Assisted Living to oversee all resident care, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead nursing and caregiving staff, supervise assessments, and manage care plans to promote resident independence and quality of life.

The role requires an NY RN license, a related Bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years in assisted living or long-term care with prior supervisory experience.
