Flourish Health seeks a seasoned Head of Patient Guides to recruit, onboard, and lead Directors of Patient Guides across multiple bundles of carepods. This role drives high-quality patient engagement and fidelity to Flourish’s integrated care model as the organization scales rapidly.
The ideal candidate has extensive patient coaching and people-management experience in high-growth behavioral health settings, with a track record of building scalable leadership, processes, and culture.
