Job description
Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management in McLean, VA to lead the Payment Success & Ecosystem Integrity program. You will partner with executives, drive strategic risk initiatives, and build a high‑performing team responsible for fraud mitigation, authorizations, disputes, and brand protection across the global payment network.
You will translate complex risk data into actionable insights, establish performance standards, and guide governance with senior stakeholders.
