Job description
The Bancorp Bank seeks a VP of Payment Operations to oversee daily payments, including ACH, Wires, Real-Time Payments, FedNow, and Push to Card. You will drive operational excellence across Clients, Originators, and Processors, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable processing.
You will partner with Payments, IT and VMO to implement strategic initiatives, onboarding, and revenue-supporting projects while managing multi-site teams and offshore staff.
