Job description
CSL seeks a Senior Director, Contract Strategy and Innovation to lead global contracting strategies for biotherapies and vaccines. You will design value‑based and innovative contracts, optimize pricing and access, and align strategies across CSL business units. Partner with Market Access, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to negotiate complex agreements with payers and healthcare systems, ensure compliance, and monitor performance. Provide thought leadership, mentor a high‑performing team, and use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in contract design and execution to expand patient access.
