Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Director for their Pharmacy team in Lodi, California. In this role, you will manage over 200 employees, collaborate with the Medical Director, and optimize prior authorization and call center processes.
The ideal candidate will have a PharmD, a current California Pharmacist license, and extensive experience in managed care and pharmacy operations. This hybrid position allows flexibility while requiring in-office attendance based on business needs.
