Job description
Capital One is seeking a Sr. Director, Technical Program Management to drive end-to-end programs across enterprise platforms. You will shape the strategic roadmap, ensure alignment with business growth, and communicate delivery status at the executive level.
You will also build and scale the TPM discipline, mentor TPM leaders, and collaborate with multiple domains to deliver high-impact, scalable technology solutions for Capital One customers.
