Job description
FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Pricing and Client Value to lead the firm’s pricing, profitability, and client value strategy. This leader partners with firm leadership and practice groups to improve matter economics and client outcomes, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
The role requires deep law firm economics expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to drive adoption of new pricing processes and tools across the firm.
