Job description
Amgen is seeking a Senior Director to serve as Head of Process Engineering within the Drug Substance Technologies Synthetics group. You will lead a global team of scientists and engineers located in multiple sites, driving development, technology transfer, and lifecycle management for synthetic and hybrid drug substances.
The role requires a strong background in chemical process development, cGMP operations, and regulatory filings (IND/INDa/MAA).
