The Hartford in Hartford, CT is seeking a Sr. Director & Actuary to lead the Middle & Large Property actuarial team. This role partners with Product, Underwriting, and ERM to drive profitable growth through data-driven insights and disciplined pricing.
The successful candidate will manage a two-person staff, demonstrate strong technical leadership, and influence cross-functionally while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid schedule with possible remote options.
