Job description
Southwest Network seeks a proven leader in psychiatric nursing to provide clinical and administrative supervision across outpatient clinics for adults with serious mental illness. You will join the site leadership, working with clinical directors and lead nurses, and support staff, member issues, and program improvement.
Travel to multiple sites will be involved to train staff. The role emphasizes quality improvement, ethical operation, and alignment with Southwest Network’s mission and values.
