Job description
Epsilon is seeking a Senior Director of Pursuit Operations to run the pursuit engine for its Solutions organization. You will lead intake, workflow, submission, content, and governance systems to keep outcomes on time and client-ready, while mentoring the Pursuit Operations team.
You will own end-to-end pursuit orchestration, enforce SLAs, manage a reusable content library, coordinate with Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, and Sales, and drive continuous improvement through post-pursuit
