Job description
Tohono O’odham Nation Healthcare (TONHC) seeks a qualified leader to plan, develop, and direct its Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives across four facilities. The role supervises PI programs and ensures compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards while guiding data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities include presenting formal reports to leadership, coordinating PI plans, and developing resources for ongoing staff education and program effectiveness.
